Palin says Obama’s health care plan is ‘evil’

S. Palin: “The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide” who gets care

“Republican criticism has also included claims that the reform plans will lead to rationing, or the government determining which medical procedures a patient can have.”

*Funny how Floyd and Sarah Palin have the same talking points….
——————————————————————————————————————-

Floyd: “For a long time people have been asking why Americans are not up in arms, screaming and shouting about their fast disappearing liberties along with the continuous passage of legislation that they vehemently oppose, from the banker bailout, to the cap and trade bill, to Obamacare”

In case you’ve forgotten, the banker bailout came on Bush’s watch. Where were the teabaggers during the Bear Stearns bailout back in the spring of 08? I hardly think universal health-care is a case study on disappearing civil liberties.

Floyd: “if the momentum continues to build, this rebellion could be the spark to ignite the second American revolution”

Really? Do you really believe the teabaggers are part of some mystic echo of America’s founders? What is revolutionary about ‘your’ movement? But, if you are referring to the American Revolution as white elitist movement that did not hold the commoners concerns in any regard and only empowered a handful of a select class, than yea maybe this is a repeat.

Floyd: “outraged Americans across the country are exercising their first amendment rights to do the most American thing imaginable – speaking truth to power through non-violent civil disobedience.”

That is hardly an American characteristic.

Floyd: “In reality, for anyone who has closely tracked the evolution of this movement, the demonstrations owe their origins in an increasing sense of outrage about the multi-trillion dollar looting being carried out by the Federal Reserve in the form of the bailout, the nightmare cap and trade bill, the totalitarian health care proposals, and the general handover of American sovereignty to globalist interests through crony infrastructure sellouts and the emerging North American Union.”

Doesn’t the illuminati have better things to do?

Down with dictatorship in USSA and in EUSSR, 5 points. What did the Reece commission and Norman Dodd find out about the plans of tax exempt (so called) philanthropic foundations and the future of the USA? And on the other side of the Atlantic the European Union is nothing more than Soviet Europe, the EUSSR. We need a revolution on both sides of the big pond. Down with the FED, BIS and the rest of them.

Obama Connected Group Calls for Brownshirt Tactics Against Healthcare Opponents

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars
August 7, 2009

An organization supported by Obama, Biden and 190 members of Congress, Health Care for America Now, instructs Democrats to confiscate signs and leaflets brought to Obamacare events by “rightwing extremists,” that is to say Americans opposed to totalitarian health care.

“The best way to do this is to make a blanket rule that no one can bring signs or leaflets and to advertise this fact as you do turn out in the weeks preceding the event. You can distribute your own signs in the event and offer them one as they enter if you choose to allow them to enter,” the HCAN website instructs.

HCAN is supported by the usual suspects, including ACORN, unions, MoveOn.org (a George Soros outfit), the National Council of La Raza, the eugenics front Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and the Clintonite John Podesta’s war-mongering Center for American Progress.

HCAN will organize brownshirt thugs — called “marshals” — to patrol crowds with local police assistance to make sure no opposition can be voiced. “Make sure that you assign marshals to take care of moving the crowd, keeping people organized and orderly, and acting as security should any need arise to ask noisy or disruptive protesters to leave. If you have cause to think that you will need more back-up, notify the police ahead of time.”

The corporate media should also be tightly controlled, according to the organization. “It’s important that you take away right-wingers opportunities to talk with reporters by making sure that your staff or leaders are in constant contact with the media who attend. You should set up a special table or area for the press to sit during the event and that area should be close t the stage and away from any areas of the venue where protesters may gather. Also make sure you have materials ready for the reporters so that they know the purpose and message of the event,” the website explains.

HCAN claims Democrats and Obamanoids “are getting beaten up by right wing zealots in these meetings.” In fact, as Infowars documented earlier today, the exact opposite is the case — union thugs attacked a patriot outside of St. Louis yesterday and put him in the hospital. Police arrested anti-Obamacare demonstrators and even media covering the demonstrations.

HCAN also suggests Democrats get with members of Congress to shut down free speech and control the opposition. “One advantage to organizing your own Town Hall or public event with Members of Congress is that you will have much more control over the event and limit the other side’s opportunities for disruption.”

Earlier this week, Infowars reported on Obama’s plan to organize informer-citizens to turn in their neighbors and others who oppose Obamacare. “Since we can’t keep track of all of [the “rightwing” opponents] here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov,” writes Macon Phillips, the White House Director of New Media, in a post on the White House website.

During Bush’s reign the same tactics were evident, much to the outrage of liberals and Democrats. “As Bush has traveled the United States during this political campaign, the Secret Service and local police have often handled public protest by quickly arresting or removing demonstrators, free-speech advocates say,” the Washington Post reported on October 28, 2004. “In addition, access to Bush’s events has been unusually tightly controlled and people who do not support Bush’s reelection have been removed.” Now that the shoe is on the other foot, Democrats have become strident zealots in an effort to deny the First Amendment to their opponents.

Obviously, the Obamanoids are desperate to control the debate and shut down the massive opposition consisting largely of normal middle class Americans who are outraged by Obama’s rationed totalitarian health care plan. In order to control the issue and ram it through Congress, Obama’s operatives are certainly not beyond employing brownshirt tactics used by the Nazis in Germany and Stalin in the Soviet Union.

Yes. It’s supported, in order, by an organization that helps poor people register to vote, organizations that help guarantee workers have rights, a website, an organization that stands up for the rights of minorities, an organization that helps teenagers not get knocked up, and the organization that helped Congressman John Murtha (D-PA) develop “strategic redeployment”, a comprehensive plan for the Iraq War that includes a timetable and troop withdrawals.

Our f.ck.ng wise (idiot) corrupt puppet leaders have outsourced almost all export creating industries into China in order to create a so called service economy. The service economy is nothing but a big bubble. There is no wealth without export. We’ll starve in an economy where only job opportunities are in services; in MCD, barber shops, cafeterias, whore houses and consulting how to outsource all production abroad. Where would you get the wealth to buy all those services without export? China is obviously planned to be the next world super power after the decline of the USA and the rotten EU. They also have a 200 million standing army , nukes and no problem to slaughter wai guo ren (foreigners).

On Rationed: Emanuel is right. There needs to be a conversation as to how much money can/will be spent to save an individual. Pretending that it is an infinite amount is simply ludicrous.

It’s all well and good for Rep. Michele Bachmann to act shocked at the notion that the Gov’t simply cannot spend X amount of dollars on every sick person to extend their life, but I doubt that if they suggested that they take it out of the defense budget she’d be for it.

It’s not about rationing. You can’t get that kind of care right now, or under any plan the Repubs have come up with, so I’m not sure how it’s a valid argument that you can’t get it under Obama’s plan. His plan doesn’t give you a unicorn ride to the hospital either. I await the placards decrying his lack of funding on that issue as well.

Having said that I still disagree that his plan is the right one. Single payer is the way to go. Allowing health to be a business is just a stupid idea.

On Totalitarian: Still waiting…

On the Nazi/Stalin comparison: Still waiting…

One single-payer system for all, with independent quality of care control monitoring, regarding health care “insurance” is the only viable long term solution to the widening health care “crisis” in the U.S.

Stop gap measures that attempt to bridge the gaps in coverage can’t possibly deliver a consistent level of care across the board.

Bill Maher

New Rule: Smart President © Smart Country

New Rule: Just because a country elects a smart president doesn’t make it a smart country. A few weeks ago I was asked by Wolf Blitzer if I thought Sarah Palin could get elected president, and I said I hope not, but I wouldn’t put anything past this stupid country. It was amazing – in the minute or so between my calling America stupid and the end of the Cialis commercial, CNN was flooded with furious emails and the twits hit the fan. And you could tell that these people were really mad because they wrote entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS!!! It’s how they get the blood circulating when the Cialis wears off. Worst of all, Bill O’Reilly refuted my contention that this is a stupid country by calling me a pinhead, which A) proves my point, and B) is really funny coming from a doody-face like him.

Now, the hate mail all seemed to have a running theme: that I may live in a stupid country, but they lived in the greatest country on earth, and that perhaps I should move to another country, like Somalia. Well, the joke’s on them because I happen to have a summer home in Somalia… and no I can’t show you an original copy of my birth certificate because Woody Harrelson spilled bong water on it.

And before I go about demonstrating how, sadly, easy it is to prove the dumbness dragging down our country, let me just say that ignorance has life and death consequences. On the eve of the Iraq War, 69% of Americans thought Saddam Hussein was personally involved in 9/11. Four years later, 34% still did. Or take the health care debate we’re presently having: members of Congress have recessed now so they can go home and “listen to their constituents.” An urge they should resist because their constituents don’t know anything. At a recent town-hall meeting in South Carolina, a man stood up and told his Congressman to “keep your government hands off my Medicare,” which is kind of like driving cross country to protest highways.

I’m the bad guy for saying it’s a stupid country, yet polls show that a majority of Americans cannot name a single branch of government, or explain what the Bill of Rights is. 24% could not name the country America fought in the Revolutionary War. More than two-thirds of Americans don’t know what’s in Roe v. Wade. Two-thirds don’t know what the Food and Drug Administration does. Some of this stuff you should be able to pick up simply by being alive. You know, like the way the Slumdog kid knew about cricket.

Not here. Nearly half of Americans don’t know that states have two senators and more than half can’t name their congressman. And among Republican governors, only 30% got their wife’s name right on the first try.

Sarah Palin says she would never apologize for America. Even though a Gallup poll says 18% of Americans think the sun revolves around the earth. No, they’re not stupid. They’re interplanetary mavericks. A third of Republicans believe Obama is not a citizen, and a third of Democrats believe that George Bush had prior knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, which is an absurd sentence because it contains the words “Bush” and “knowledge.”

People bitch and moan about taxes and spending, but they have no idea what their government spends money on. The average voter thinks foreign aid consumes 24% of our federal budget. It’s actually less than 1%. And don’t even ask about cabinet members: seven in ten think Napolitano is a kind of three-flavored ice cream. And last election, a full one-third of voters forgot why they were in the booth, handed out their pants, and asked, “Do you have these in a relaxed-fit?”

And I haven’t even brought up America’s religious beliefs. But here’s one fun fact you can take away: did you know only about half of Americans are aware that Judaism is an older religion than Christianity? That’s right, half of America looks at books called the Old Testament and the New Testament and cannot figure out which one came first.

And these are the idiots we want to weigh in on the minutia of health care policy? Please, this country is like a college chick after two Long Island Iced Teas: we can be talked into anything, like wars, and we can be talked out of anything, like health care. We should forget town halls, and replace them with study halls. There’s a lot of populist anger directed towards Washington, but you know who concerned citizens should be most angry at? Their fellow citizens. “Inside the beltway” thinking may be wrong, but at least it’s thinking, which is more t

R394939
Memnoch07

than you can say for what’s going on outside the beltway.

And if you want to call me an elitist for this, I say thank you. Yes, I want decisions made by an elite group of people who know what they’re talking about. That means Obama budget director Peter Orszag, not Sarah Palin.

Which is the way our founding fathers wanted it. James Madison wrote that “pure democracy” doesn’t work because “there is nothing to check… an obnoxious individual.” Then, in the margins, he doodled a picture of Joe the Plumber.

Until we admit there are things we don’t know, we can’t even start asking the questions to find out. Until we admit that America can make a mistake, we can’t stop the next one. A smart guy named Chesterton once said: “My country, right or wrong is a thing no patriot would ever think of saying… It is like saying ‘My mother, drunk or sober.’” To which most Americans would respond: “Are you calling my mother a drunk?”

What’s Really in Obama’s Health Care Reform Bill – A Plain English Translation
Thursday, July 30, 2009 by: Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

What’s really in Obama’s health care reform bill? Almost no one knows, and here’s why: It’s 1,017 pages long and written in an alien form of bureaucratic English that can barely be decoded by earthlings.

And yet, astonishingly, a U.S. Army translator has been found who speaks “Washington Doublespeak” and he was kind enough to decode the bill and post his plain-language findings over at FreeRepublic.com

Below, we reprint what he found in the health care reform bill. As you read this, keep in mind that some of these translations are a bit loose with the interpretations, but I’ve personally spot-checked these points, and they are indeed all contained in the bill in one form or another (shrouded in Doublespeak language, of course).

Editor’s note: I don’t personally agree with every interpretation listed here, and some of the bill’s provisions are actually good ideas (like banning doctors from owning stock in health care companies). But overall, this interpretation points out many alarming provisions in the proposed health care reform bill…

From CMS at FreeRepublic.com:

• Page 16: States that if you have insurance at the time of the bill becoming law and change, you will be required to take a similar plan. If that is not available, you will be required to take the government option!
• Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
• Page 42: The “Health Choices Commissioner” will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
• Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or not, will be provided with free healthcare services.
• Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
Page 59: The federal government will have direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
• Page 65: Taxpayers will subsidize all union retiree and community organizer health plans (example: SEIU, UAW and ACORN)
• Page 72: All private healthcare plans must conform to government rules to participate in a Healthcare Exchange.
• Page 84: All private healthcare plans must participate in the Healthcare Exchange (i.e., total government control of private plans)
• Page 91: Government mandates linguistic infrastructure for services; translation: illegal aliens

• Page 95: The Government will pay ACORN and Americorps to sign up individuals for Government-run Health Care plan.
• Page 102: Those eligible for Medicaid will be automatically enrolled: you have no choice in the matter.
• Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No “judicial review” is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.
• Page 127: The AMA sold doctors out: the government will set wages.
• Page 145: An employer MUST auto-enroll employees into the government-run public plan. No alternatives.
• Page 126: Employers MUST pay healthcare bills for part-time employees AND their families.
• Page 149: Any employer with a payroll of $400K or more, who does not offer the public option, pays an 8% tax on payroll
• Page 150: Any employer with a payroll of $250K-400K or more, who does not offer the public option, pays a 2 to 6% tax on payroll

Also, the discussion in the RIGHT wing corporate media (not liberal like Floyd and AJ claim) is about the 47 million Americans who DONT have insurance. When in reality it should be about the other 200 million who can be denied or bankrupted by one of our loveable insurance companies.

Its Hellish!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just ask a Canadian! Or better yet those oppressed Scandinavians!

But there’s a major difference between those public health care systems and what is being proposed by Obama. Obama is proposing a system that will be run by Americans.

Do I trust my health care to the same system that gave us a socialized system of education responsible for producing Floyd Anderson? Lol cat is fucking loooool.
